As a non-for-profit trade association, EBAN does not provide funding for startups and is likewise unable to put entrepreneurs directly in contact with investors. We invite you to contact the nearest business angel network in your country for funding requests. You can find your nearest EBAN member here:
Opportunities for entrepreneurs at EBAN events
EBAN organises two flagship events every year, along with several smaller scale events, which offer entrepreneurs unequalled access to investors, startup coaches and support agencies that can help them scale their business. EBAN events have the following activities designed for entrepreneurs:
EBAN offers investment readiness trainings for entrepreneurs through its EU projects, as well as in partnership with different innovation ecosystem stakeholders. The trainings cover topics like pitching and presentation skills, types of early stage investment, fundraising strategies, and more.
EBAN events present entrepreneurs with a chance to mingle with investors during networking lunches and dinners, one-to-one meetings and other type of sessions designed to help create connections.
EBAN accepts applications from eligible entrepreneurs to pitch at its annual flagship events. Selected startups are given the opportunity to participate in the events for free and pitch on stage in front of an audience of investors.
