About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Operations Intern to join our young and dynamic team for a period of 3-6 months. If you love variety in your day, enjoy taking ownership of tasks, and are passionate about startups and innovation — this internship is for you! You’ll be immersed in the day-to-day running of a pan-European network, working across functions such as events, membership services, CRM, logistics, and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general operational support to EBAN’s team
- Help manage and communicate with startups, members, speakers, and partners via email and CRM
- Edit and update website content
- Assist in the organization of international events: speaker coordination, logistics, startup matchmaking, event platforms
- Support survey setup and data collection to enhance member experience
- Help implement and improve CRM processes
- Participate in the development of new membership services and engagement activities
- Contribute to day-to-day admin and executional tasks — being a reliable extra set of hands
- Support ongoing projects across events, operations, and partnerships
- Other activities that occur in daily business operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A problem-solving, “get-it-done” mindset — someone who takes initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (other languages are a bonus)
- Interest in the startup, venture capital, and innovation ecosystem
- Previous experience in operational, events, or startup-related roles preferred but not required
- Comfortable with digital tools like Google Workspace, Excel, CRMs, Zoom
- A team player eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced environment
