The Compendium of Co-Investment Funds with Business Angels provides an overview of funds country by country and presents the main characteristics of funds in Europe. The Tax Outlook in Europe outlines the main fiscal policies in 31 European countries (corporate and personal taxes on income, capital gains and dividends), and explains the fiscal incentives for business angels. Some expected changes in the fiscal regimes for 2011 are indicated.

These compendiums are the result of the EBAN collaboration with BDO, the 5th largest accountancy network in the world. The Compendium of Co-Investment for Business Angels and Early Stage Funds includes an overview of the different types of exiting funds country by country and a brief presentation of the main characteristics of some selected funds in Europe. The Compendium of Fiscal Incentives focuses on incentives available to early stage investors across Europe and includes also a brief overview of American state tax policy.
