Green Innovation and Investment Forum
February 20, 2018
The 4th Green Innovation and Investment Forum will take place on 20th and 21st February 2018 in Stuttgart.
At GIIF, innovative green technology and business ideas from all over Europe can compete for awards and investments. In the last three editions, the organizers hosted about 60 Start-ups from more than 12 different countries. For most of them GIIF was the starting point for further business cooperation or intensive support from Investors, Business Angels or industry partners.
Ideas meet Capital
The Green Innovation and Investment Forum is an industry-oriented event, looking for smart business ideas and innovative concepts from the Green Technology sector. Trendsetting solutions from areas such as Environmental Engineering, Green IT, Resource and Energy Efficiency, Smart Grids, Material Efficiency or Smart Production are eligible for submission.
If your solution is convincing, you will get an opportunity to present your business idea to investors and market actors in a six-minute pitch. In the matching breaks, there will be time for talks with decision makers, experts and investors.
This event is free of charge for start-ups, researchers and founders.
Training and Coaching
Benefit from the Green Training Day at the Green Innovation and Investment Forum: Pitching companies receive individual trainings and coaching from international experts the day before the forum to improve their business models, the green value of their ideas as well as their presentation skills.
And if you are not short-listed for GIIF 2018, you will get a personalized, free-of-charge feedback from bwcon experts on your business idea.
Organisers of the event are bwcon GmbH and Umwelttechnik BW in cooperation with InnoEnergy and Stiftung Energie & Klimaschutz Baden-Württemberg.
