Reginald Vossen, BAN Vlaanderen, Belgium
Reginald Vossen is the General Manager for BAN Vlaanderen and President of the ARK Angels Fund nv in Belgium. Prior to these positions, he was the Manager for Limburg BAN and the Chief of Staff Provincial Economic Executive. Reginald works actively with SMEs through organising integrated finance solutions and coaching programmes on gazelles. He is a member of the Belgian Federal working Committee on “SME-Access to bank finance and financial markets” as well as a board member and President of the jury of “Bizidee”, a Flemish business plan competition.
Francisco Banha, Gesventure/ Business Angels Club & FNABA, Portugal
Francisco Banha is CEO of Gesventure and President of the Business Angels Club – Portugal’s first BAN. Founding member of the Portuguese BA federation FNABA he supported the birth of Invicta Angels (Porto), Clube de Cascais, Covilhã BA, Faro BA and Santarem BA. Beyond borders he has actively supported the creation of Extremadura BA (Spain) and Gavea Angels (Brazil). Francisco lobbied for the Portuguese co-investment scheme for business angels engaging up to 43 million Euros and supported the recent creation of the 7 million Euros corporate venture fund Critical Ventures. Through both Gesventure/BAC and FNABA, Francisco is a board member of EBAN and seats on the board of the World Business Angels Association to which launch he gave a critical contribute. Francisco lectures Entrepreneurship in ISEG/ UTL’s MBA programme where he was ranked the 2nd best professor (2010/2011). He regularly delivers entrepreneurship trainings for executives and students and is regularly invited to speak in conferences in Portugal and Spain. Francisco is a Portuguese native and speaks fluent Spanish.
Marco Villa, Italian Angels for Growth - IAG, Italy
Marco Villa is a Business Angel and Managing Director of Italian Angels for Growth - IAG, that he co-founded in 2007. Marco manages the angel group with a strong commitment towards the organisation’s philosophy of being dedicated to promote entrepreneurship as an engine for economic growth and a mean to foster human development. Italian Angels for Growth is the largest angel group in Italy. It has 90+ members that have, so far, committed in excess of €15M in deals in Italy and Europe. Marco is also owner and Managing Director of Mirade Ventures Srl, a boutique venture firm specializing in equity investments in high-potential start-up businesses. Marco has invested in more than 15 companies in Italy and abroad across industries and is involved as an investor, executive and non-executive director in start-up businesses in Italy, China and Latvia. As a business angel, Marco is constantly involved in coaching entrepreneurs and providing training to start-up companies. He is also a certified FastTrac (Kauffman Foundation) facilitator.

Luigi Amati, META Group, Italy
Luigi Amati is the CEO (and co-founder) of META Group, the President of Zernike META Ventures, the Vice President of EBAN, member of the Venture Capital Committee of the Italian Venture Capital Association, and the founder of the Italian Angels for Growth Club in Milan. He has more than twenty years of experience in Research and Innovation, Finance and Entrepreneurship and has been delivering training courses and seminars for many years on early stage finance and more specifically on seed fund management with various organisations worldwide.
