Robert Ługowski, Managing Partner at CobinAngels, commented: The polish Business Angel market has a great potential to grow; we have many talented entrepreneurs and potential investors that should be merged together. That’s what we do on daily basis at CobinAngels. Initiatives like the “Business Angel of the Year” Award are very important in educating a young market and promote angel investing to thousands of potential Angel Investors, not familiar with this form of investment yet.
CobinAngels is a network of private investors (Business Angels) investing their own money in innovative projects in their early stages of development, the so-called “start-ups”.
The main task of the Network is, therefore, the organization of meetings with investors, during which the originators present their startup projects. The most promising projects find their founders and are implemented. About 18 projects, belonging to various industries and sectors of the economy, are analyzed every year.
